This is an official legal and public safety notice issued by
Sri Aryahi Foundation to protect donors, supporters and the general public from fraudulent activities, fake donation collections and misuse of the organization name.
No volunteer, member, representative or third party is authorized to collect donations into personal PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, wallets or personal bank accounts in the name of Sri Aryahi Foundation.
⚠ Activities Strictly Prohibited
- Collecting donations into personal UPI IDs or personal bank accounts.
- Creating fake fundraising campaigns, fake social media pages or fake websites.
- Misleading donors using the name of Sri Aryahi Foundation.
- Spreading false allegations, rumours or defamatory content.
- Using fake receipts, forged certificates or unauthorized communication.
- Cheating, impersonation or financial exploitation in the organization name.
- Harassment, threats or intimidation against donors or members.
⚖ Applicable Legal Provisions
IPC 420 – Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.
IPC 419 – Cheating by personation.
IPC 406 – Criminal breach of trust.
IPC 499 & 500 – Defamation and punishment for defamation.
IPC 465, 468 & 471 – Forgery and forged documents.
IPC 503 & 506 – Criminal intimidation.
IT Act 66C & 66D – Identity theft and online cheating.
